Stas Marketing Partners Russia successfully completed consulting project for one of top real estate agencies in Russia

Russian branch of Stas Marketing Partners successfully completed project for DOMOSTROY – one of top Moscow real estate agencies. The objective of the project was to develop long term strategy for the agency. Project scope included comprehensive marketing research of residential real estate, internal diagnostics, operational improvement, brand positioning and strategy formulation, sales department organization and human resource management.

Based on these recommendations DOMOSTROY management team has started already implementation of significant changes targeted at improvement of market position and company growth.
